This years SXSW Conference will feature the biggest name in country music. Veteran Country music singer Dolly Parton, 61 will play a BMI Show Case at the SXSW in Austin Texas.
The singer will use the event to promote her upcoming backwoods Barbie tour. The tour hits the UK in June when she will play the O2 Arena. Details of Dolly Parton Concert Tickets below

Dolly Parton Tickets are on Sale now

REM have also announced they will play at the event, which is used as a showcase for new acts in the music industry to be unveiled the music media.
Dolly Parton will be joined at SXSW by acts including The Cribs, Dizzee Rascal, Black Mountain and The Raveonettes.

The artist will be there to promote her new album ‘Backwoods Barbie’, which is due out on February 5 in America and hopefully she’ll play some of her classics including ‘Jolene’ and ‘9 to 5′.

‘Backwoods Barbie’ will be the first release on Dolly Parton Records and her first mainstream release in seventeen years.

The singer, who turns 62 on Saturday, will be performing at the BMI Music Showcase.
