The Rockness 2008 Festival is with us this weekend 7th June to 8th June 2008, taking place at the world famous Loch Ness, in Scotland. The Line up includes Fatboy Slim, Pete Tong, The Orb, Annie Mac , Razorlight , Underworld and aussie party masters Pendulum.

The rumoured Nelson Mandela Concert has been confirmed. The 46664 Concert will Honour Nelson Mandelas 90th Birthday with a concert at Hyde Park in London on June 27, 2008.
The 3 hour concert will celebrate the life of Nelson Mandela one of the world’s most loved leaders, a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate winner and a symbol of freedom.

The Nelson Mandela concert line up includes

Queen + Paul Rodgers, Annie Lennox, Simple Minds, Leona Lewis, the Sugababes, Dame Shirley Bassey, Razorlight, Andrea and Sharon Corr, Eddy Grant, and Jamelia, along with international 46664 Ambassadors Italy’s Zucchero and Spain’s Amaral. There are also rumours of Stevie Wonder and Eminem being added to the event

DJ Tiesto the worlds number one DJ is to play a huge DJ Set at the now world famous London O2 Arena ( The Old Milllenium Dome ).
Tiësto will play the O2 Arena on Friday 8 August 2008 as part of his Tiesto - In Search of Sunrise World Tour. Tiesto sold out the Indig02 in Feb this year. He returns to the O2 in London but this time at the O2 Arena for his biggest UK DJ Set where he will play to 20,000 clubbers.
